About the Pharmacist-in-Charge : Rick Holford
Rick Holford is a pharmacist that enjoys serving his patients. Rick has been practicing pharmacy and serving his patients for 20 years. After spending 9 years working for a chain retail pharmacy, Rick moved to an independent compounding pharmacy where he could better take care of patients on a more personal level.
After spending most of his career in west Tennessee, he joined the Mac’s Hometown Pharmacy group in October of 2018. He is now the Pharmacist-in-charge at our Lowe’s Drugs location in Maryville.
Rick is a compounding pharmacist who specializes in Bio-Identical Hormone Restoration Therapy (BHRT) and compounded pain formulations as well as many other compounded solutions for dermatology, veterinary medicine, and other medical conditions that are not commercially available.
In his free time, Rick enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his wife, Toni and dog Izzy.
Rick holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy.
